The brightness and the colors are good and balanced, content looks sharp but it doesn’t have HDR so you can’t enjoy HDR content on this monitor. Overall the range quality is good and worth the price tag as well.
It has a 60Hz refresh rate and there is no FreeSync/Gsync technology to enhance the playback very stable and flicker-free, but for working purposes, the monitor does a great job there are no major issues, but if you are playing games on this monitor then you will see some issues on graphics stability and faster response rate due to it’s lower refresh rate and no FreeSync/G-sync capabilities.

The Dell P2422H is a great monitor with better connectivity and image quality but if you don’t have the budget then you can go for the Sceptre model, It has more useful features with a less price tag.
