LG 32GQ750-B Review – 4K, 144Hz, Weak Color Accuracy

LG 32GQ750-B Review – For gaming and content creation better resolution always helps to get a crystals clear watching experience, a better resolution in monitor means 4K resolution and there are so many options in the 4K segment but there are few great choices like the LG 32GQ750-B, it has 32 inches 4K HDR display with 144Hz refresh rate and FreeSync Premium for amazing gameplays.

As of 4K and 144Hz combination, the overall graphics and visuals look stunning due to the better details and smooth frames, The LG 32GQ750-B supports HDMI 2.1 and an adjustable stand also the display quality is good but not impressive as the HDR peak brightness and color accuracy is not good as of 600$ monitor, it has been better color accuracy with better HDR playbacks.

The design and looks are not new, it’s very familiar to the Ultra Gear series, many gamers want curved display most curved monitor doesn’t offers 4K resolution there are a few monitors available from MSI that offers 4K with a curved panel otherwise flat panel still a good option.

Build and Design of The LG 32GQ750-B

The body of the LG 32GQ750-B is made from strong plastic with sturdily built and premium looks with a bezel-less design, the design is similar to many LG ultra gear models so there is no new design here, and kind of boring to see every LG gaming monitor or working monitor has the same design, at least for gaming series LG should focus on different design because there are so many good looking monitor available and gamers really like that example the Odyssey series of Samsung, Asus ROG, Acer, MSI, AOC.

The stand of this monitor is V-shaped and perfectly fits any desk size without keeping too much space, but the stand really disappoints here with the swivel adjustments, so you can adjust the position of the monitor by using swivel adjustability because it doesn’t support it. I don’t know why LG does this because it’s not an ultrawide monitor it should support swivel adjustability.

The stand supports height adjustment pivot adjustments and tilt adjustment, swivel can it a fully adjustable stand but not available and it’s really disappointing. Talking about the weight of this monitor it weighs 9.11 Kg with the stand that’s a little heavy but it’s ok, and the dimensions are 28.1″ x 23.9″ x 10.9″(up) 28.1″ x 19.6″ x10.9″(Down) with the stand.

Image Quality

The LG 32GQ750-B offers an 32 inches flat VA panel with a resolution of 3840 x 2160, the image quality looks good with better details due to the higher resolution, and the HDR10 supports, but sadly the color accuracy is not impressive as it has decent color accuracy. The details, are good and the SDR brightness is also good with nice contrast, but the HDR peak brightness also lacking in this monitor and you might see the difference in a dark background. Due to the 4K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate, the visual is smooth and good for gaming as well as work.

Performance of the LG 32GQ750-B

Talking about the performance of the LG 32GQ750-B, it performs really well. The 144Hz peak refresh rate and AMD FreeSync Premium give ultimate super-fast visuals with quick and responsive frames without any frame dropping. The downside of this monitor is that you can’t use the 144Hz refresh rate on Console games so you can only use up to 120Hz on console games and 144Hz for PC games, slightly disappointing in this otherwise there are no issues with the performance you can play games on high settings without screen tearing, flickering or blurry visuals.

The monitor supports HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort, and headphone output, sadly there are no USB ports.

4K, HDR10, 144Hz refresh rate, FreeSync Premium, HDMI 2.1, and height/pivot/tilt adjustable stand.

No swivel adjustability, No USB Ports, weak HDR brightness, and decent color accuracy.
